Bimmercode seems to be the best for the less experienced.
Carly was good but seem to have priced themselves out of the market with their subscriptions.
Most of the non-Expert mode is cosmetic and you can't really go wrong.

Most go for default stop/start off, various internal and external lighting mods, beep on lock, iDrive start up logos etc.
