Recall 1 - 2015 "They have found that the fires are as result of improper repair to heater blower motor resistors."

Recall 2 - 2016 "Vauxhall has now carried out further investigation into the fires and has been told by DVSA that a second safety recall is needed"

replace the current soldered fuse resistor with a new wax fuse resistor
put in a new blower motor
put in new moulding at the base of the windscreen to allow water to drain away"

Recall 3 - 2018 - "Zafira B Right Hand Drive (RHD) - Electronic Climate Control (ECC) a small number of incidents of potential melting and fires within the blower motor regulator of the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) unit of Zafira B RHD vehicles with Electronic Climate Control (ECC). There is a small risk that in rare circumstances melting and fire incidents may occur in the HVAC system"

Recall 4 - 2019 - "Movement of the wiring harness connector to the fan speed resistor can in rare circumstances lead to electrical stress." "Replacement the heating & ventilation system wiring harness with a redesigned connector plug and additional mounting points."
