2011 vw polo 1.2s

Hi guys,
Really struggling with a 11 plate polo 1.2s .
My chain jumped last week and its since had the chain replaced.
The car runs great when warm, on a morning first start its a bit jumpy and as soon as i touch the gas the revs start jumping up and down till it eventually cuts out with an engine management light, battery and EPC light.
Guy reckons yesterday it was throttlebody, had it replaced and it was running fine when i picked up the car.
Now this morning im back to fluctuating revs and cutting out after touching the gas just once. Though if i dont touch the gas and let it warm its ok.
Any ideas?
