Spaz link question

I've been here long enough & should know.......

However, I don't so-

How do you do a link to a web adress so that it comes up as a link on a word

Like click

here & the word 'here' is the link

Instead of click here-

http/:www etc etc

Looked at the formatting codes tried tons of times- still can't get it tho??
