After listening to you lot, I de-catted my 4.5 (some two months ago now) and the difference in growl was looovvvvveeeeely.
But......it's still not loud enough!
So.......bollox the neighbours, I've ordered the sports exhaust.
Looking forward to upsetting the middle aged prat across the road. Before I decatted and with totally original exhausts he had the cheek to cross the road, walk onto my drive and give me a bollocking for making too much noise.....get this bit.....it was a Saturday afternoon, 4 pm I think.
I thinks he'll be crossing the road again soon, but this time I won't be able to hear the bollocking!!!!!!!

I have this same combination of sports exhaust and decat on mine. It's not just your immediate neighbours who'll be twitching their curtains.
And to be fair he's probably got just cause for complaint - it is seriously f*****g loud. Probably worth going easy on him to prevent any unwanted escalation.

I am actually a considerate neighbour and as the car only gets used very little (it's my play thing, and cheaper than a mistress)the nighbour was jumping the gun. Actually probably thought the banging was a gun!!
Anyway, if it really is that loud then I'll be extra sensitive. Doesn't seem to wake my kids up when I come home, but soon might.

To put it into context I have had to take everything off the shelves in my garage, because reversing the car in causes items to jump off. It also causes the roof gravel to vibrate and jump down from the rafters.
I didn't mean it to sound like I was having a "be a good neighbour" pop at you, just a friendly warning. It's fun but it aint half LOUD
Eh? What did you say?
