No, no, no - not on a Porsche.
The ones I’ve seen are terrible and anything that fits between the rim and the tyre cannot be good, safe or sensible on a performance car.

Just use tyres with rim protection built in. I think Continental and Michelin do, so no advantage to having rim savers.

Thanks for the replies lads.
No rim savers it is then.
I do have Michelin pilot sports but just wanted the concensus on them.
