I have one currently but mine is the s line version. It’s a really good car and have loved owning it. The only negative part has been the Terrible service from my local audi dealer. So much so I won’t be buying another car from them and will he getting a merc cla when it goes back in March. Would 100% recommend the car especially with the virtual cockpit.

Entirely depends on the exact spec you are going for.

But the A5 sportback is a lovely car. Also note that if registered after 1st April 2017 it’ll be liable for higher tax (£145/yr vs £20-30) and possibly luxury car tax on top too (£310/yr).

I had one for two years from March 17, 2.0 Ultra S-Line. Was a fantastic car, the engine was so economical, often saw high 60's mpg when not in a rush on my 45 mile motorway commute, but was also rapid when I wanted it to be. I had the virtual cockpit too which was lovely. As already mentioned, be wary of when it was registered and how much it was new as mine would have been just over 40k (without a hefty discount) and therefore around £450 annual VED if I had bought it after 1st April. Luckily mine was a March 17 car.

Thats a good price I would say, very similar to what i got for mine selling it direct to Arnold Clark 6 months ago, plus I presume they will be giving at least 12 months warranty on this as an approved used car? I can't recommend the engine highly enough. As already mentioned, double check the date of registration as with that spec the list price would definitely have been over 40k so it will be the higher VED rate if registered after 1/4/17,not necessarily a deal breaker but better to be aware of what your costs are going to be.
