Might be to do with the age of the car and also the GT3 having the engine issues (assume it is the gen 1 991?).
Another factor is the finance company. Audi finances their PCPs on the same platform as big standard VWs which have the cheapest wholesale financing in the market. Certain rules and conditions in the bond financing also allows some anomalies like R8s to have a high GFV (won't bore you with why).
From memory, I think Porsche finances itself a bit differently as the market deems them higher risk - especially since the GT3 is already 6 or 7 years old.
