Where are the low miles 996 C2 Manuals

I often have a peak in PH Classifieds and AT, there would always be sub 60k mile manual C2's either Gen 1 or Gen 2.
I can only find one car with under those miles and generally a lot less for sale.
Sods law, I am looking for one and ready to buy - but can't find anything.
If anyone knows of any or is thinking of parting, let me know

I bought my manual c2 coupe on 56,000 last October, the 996/Porsche in general market is a bit flat at the mo and not the best time of year. I’m sure more will come to market in the spring, the pool of low mile cars is getting smaller and dare I say it in the spec you are after becoming more desirable 
I have a 996.1 C2-manual coupe with 83k on the clock and I'd consider that as a low mileage example!

They are an absolute peach to drive... My brother and I had a Sunday morning blast yesterday. He was in a 2012 M3 coupe and I had all the fun, even though the frosty road surfaces were super slippery.
In fact he couldn't keep pace on the back country roads, only when we hit a dual carriage way was he able to put the power down.
Even then I was surprised at how little he pulled away from me, with a 10-14 second full throttle.
Mind you.... He would not have seen which way I went, if I was in the 996 Turbo S, which is also Manual Coupe.... That is super low miles!!

They got cheap, even the lowish milers, they then got bought and driven, a few imploded / exploded, a few others crashed and voila, very few sub 60k mile cars, as 911V espouse, once beyond a certain age, buy on condition rather than miles as a decent one thats had various bits replaced / renewed showing c100k miles will be a better car than a low mileage example, potentially.

Because I'll probably do 12 to15k miles a year in it.. over 3 or 4 years I'll add substantial miles.From experience they drop more in value over 100k miles. This isnt a values thread, but I do have some consideration to long term value.
Mine is currently for sale via Old Colonel cars. Granted, its on 80k rather than <60k but its had many many thousands of pounds spent on it in the last 2 years which some would argue is more important than mileage.

Absolutely. Chances are it would have done 8-10k a year for the first few years of its life anyway so is likely to have had a lot of time sitting around in the last 10 years. I'd be more concerned about a very low mileage car if I intended to use it as a daily driver - at least an average mileage car will have had parts replaced reasonably regularly and may have less chance of dried up seals and o-rings.911F said:
