This started to appear in the Who Will replace Jeremy Corbyn as Labour Leader thread
Someone mentioned about labour choosing the wrong Miliband as leader
Its not possible to say that had they gone for David instead of Ed they would have achieved power but things would have looked rather different.
I am reminded of the Lib Dems and the dire situation they are currently in. I then thought that most of their issues come from a lack of trust in them that has cost them enormously in the last 2 elections. that stems from them voting for tuition fees.
There is now some analysis of the coalition government and some claims that Nick Clegg was advised not to do it by George Osbourne
Perhaps if they hadn't they wouldn't have been destroyed in 2015
I'm sure there are loads of other what ifs this one just jumped out at me
