Credit checks and existing PCP customers

Hi.

I’m 46 months into a 48 month PCP deal with BMW Financial Services. Every payment on time, no issues. I’m likely to go for another BMW through BMW FS - does anyone know if they always do a fresh credit check for existing customers, or just look at payment history? Nothing serious to hide, but I am curious.

Yep, they will run a check for the amount you are borrowing.
