BT Upgrade offer

Just had in my inbox an offer to continue with BT for another 2 year deal and get a free JBL speaker and upgrade to Halo 1

Has anyone else been offered this and whats the catch ?

I only use BT sport and really wonder how they'll cope over the next two years with Amazon prime showing some intent over xmas with games shown.

Catch, it’s a 2yr contract and I expect that wireless solutions will be far cheaper AND faster within 18mths (probably less than 12 looking at Threes 5G rollout plan)

My current 18mth contract expires early next month and I haven't heard a dicky bird from them, apart from an offer in the posst the other day that was for mobiles.

I am getting them as well. They are going to tie me in for a long time with regular price increase.

Every March I think they up the price. Not along ago it was 18 months. I think the new thing is to tie you in.

Jumping ship as soon as I can, got sod all loyalty off them last renewal and the price increased me.
