To buy or sell is the question...

I wanted to set up a poll but not sure how to off iPhone.
My 335d has come to the end of a 3 year PCP. The car has served me well. The EGR cooler was replaced as precaution.
The settlement figure is £12,000.
The current value from places like WBAC is £15,000.
I have invested in the car but any modifications can be reversed e.g. ACS lowering springs and dual channel dash cam.
Five days to decide and not sure what to do.
Renew the finance for £170 a month with a £8k balloon for another 3 years. Or sell it.
It’s spent time in the garage because I decided to put winters on our C43.
A bit torn.

It was fairly new. 1.5 years old with slightly high mileage when purchased... due to my job I clocked up mega miles so paid more a month. My work place moved. We were given a choice of leave or move. Then moved closer to work so mileage needs dropped back to under 10k.
I know it’s expensive but my line of thinking was... with car prices increasing and dealers offering unfavourable part-exchange rates. Is it worth it? Dealership offers have varied greatly. Many low balled but one offered above CAP good which was close to 15k.
