Hi,

Just seeing if anyone on here knows about the history of this Gen 2 C2S at Millennium Heroes?

https://www.millenniumheroes.com/cars/porsche-997-...

Looks like a good drivers spec: Manual, Sport Chassis with LSD, PCCBs, sun roof delete, Alcantara sports wheel and shifter.

Thinks it’s been listed from about November. Didn’t know if this used to belong to anyone on here. Car is supposedly owned by MH for retail and not an SOR.

Love the spec, just not to sure about the mileage. Was hoping for one about 50k tips really.

Thanks in advance.

they are dreaming at those miles/price

34k miles for £41k, plus my £2k finders fee.

Although nice spec. IMHO well overpriced for a really early gen2 car, wouldn't pay more than £35k

Thanks both. Yeh I was struggling to price this based on its spec as hadn’t seen many around with the same options. Appreciate your views.

Wow that's a lot, I paid a little bit more for my 2011 GTS last year which was on 78k miles!

Stunning car, and great spec (I spent 2.5 years looking for mine as I specifically wanted the Sport-PASM suspension and LSD), but that said the mileage and price on that example don't quite tally. I paid 1k less for a 37k mile example from an OPC in December 2017. It didn't have PCCB's, but I suspect the market has at best stagnated since then.

Real sweet-spot, and I still miss mine enormously.

Good luck in your search.

Thanks for all your feedback. Good to hear the car left an impression D.No. Just going to have to sit patiently and wait for the right one to come up.

How much difference does the LSD make on the 997? Assume it's standard on the 991 and 992 now.

I couldn't honestly say I noticed a discernible difference in traction or braking stability between my gen1 (without LSD) and gen2 ("with") . I would, however, assume most LSD's are pretty-much open by now anyway. The Sport chassis on the Gen2 was very impressive though.
