Which Rear Springs for E46 330Ci? (vs Sport vs M Sport)

Somewhat confusing situation.

For some reason, REALOEM doesn't list a part number for the rear springs.

I was under the impression that all Coupes have the Sport Suspension (SA226A). Mine has this when I do a VIN check.

Is there any difference between this and the suspension on the official 'Sport' Models and even the later the 'M Sport' models?

I was going to buy these Sachs rear springs. Is states it's for the Sport Suspension.

An alternative seems to be these Bilstein items (38-129230)

Are either of these the correct ones or should I be buying something else?
