Seeing as the UK will be leaving the EU tomorrow will I have to change my licence with the EU flag on it for a licence with the Union Flag?

But you'll have to cover up the EU flags (if you have them) on your car's number plates with these:

Haven't had the eu flag on my plates for a couple of years.
