Hi.
Does anyone know if there is an upgrade possibility for ISOFIX hooks on the passenger seat of my 2016 V12 Vantage S Roadster (normal seats).
I could't find anything on Scuderia parts.
Thx...!

They already have ISOFIX latches as standard.

Also worth noting that generally ISOFIX isn't necessarily safer than a belted seat, it's designed to reduce the risk of incorrect fitting of the seat. In some cases (side impact) it can be marginally worse, but obviously varies depending on seat design.

I use ISOFIX to fit a seat in the back of our Evora, as it's rather cramped to get in the back to install it with a belt, but in the Vantage we use a belt.

Thank you. But neither my old 2013 V8 Vantage Roadster nor my current 2016 V12 Vantage S had or has ISOFIX hooks as standard. My daily driver 2017 Rapide S of course has those (as standard) for the back seats.
So it’s wrong saying, that ISOFIX is standard.

Does anyone know if there is a way to upgrade the passenger seat to ISOFIX?
Thx.

Ah yes, your right - checked and it was an option, just one which all our Vantages had.

They are crap though - no slots to slide the plastic runners through, just two metal mounting points buried in the seat. The ISOFIX mounts on our seat won't even reach them, and if they did they'd probably wreck the leather.

Better off just using a belt IMO.

Certainly on the early vantages if Isofix wasn't part of the build then you couldn't turn the passenger side airbag off. So, there may be more to do than just retro fit the Isofix points
