Just a bit of fun...

I will be chomping down on a bit of roast beef (well, it's cooked beef from Aldi), a few Yorkshire Puddings (erm frozen & from Aldi), some roast spuds (Maris Piper also from Aldi) cooked in goose fat (from Aldi), a bit of broccoli and cauliflower (also from Aldi), and some mighty gravy using cornflower (from Aldi), butter (from Aldi) and OxO cubes from Tesco.

hehe

If you're celebrating or commiserating, here we go. biggrin

Dinner party going on here - although not brexit related. Homemade carrot, tomato and red pepper soup with homemade croutons. A Giouvesti which is a tradition greek dish for main, and a Queen Pudding which is jolly british to end on.
All sorts of red wine options.

Low key event here, just some burgers and cheesey chips. Shall be drinking my way round Europe. I've started on a can of Stella, then moving on to Champagne and finally a bottly of Prosecco. I have some Spanish gin as well.

I will be having an Irish rib-eye steak with pomme frites with a decent bottle of Cotes du Rhone.

I'm positive we are leaving but cautious of my wine supplies.

Carpaccio followed by Tuna, homemade green Salsa, sautéed potatoes and 2-veg.

No red wine, I have been given the whisper after a recent heart issue, so 0.0% Lager frown

Yep #meetooo

In an ironic twist I am now enjoying a bottle of Schnapps. Made in the UK obviously.

Good man.

A few years ago I went on a trip to #Yorkshire with my sister, chips and scraps were top of my list (I don't eat fish). DELICIOUS.
