NPE seems to be as rife as ever with posters previously banned and returning under new usernames.

Some of these individuals are considerably less than subtle

I appreciate that a) it’s a thankless task and b) it’s a potentially never ending game of whack-a-mole with some of these loons but does anybody on the mod team pay attention to this largely NPE unique phenomenon?

Whenever a topic about something like this or the general standard of conduct in NP&E comes up the mods say that they only deal with issues when they’re reported, which suggests to me that none of them read threads in there otherwise. And who could blame them!

All reports to the mods are read and dealt with. Any action taken depends on the particular circumstances of that report.
Mods do read threads in N,P&E and will take action if they see anything which breaches the rules.

There are clearly many returning banned posters. Same posting style, only posting in NP&E, etc. They may be bypassing the tools you have to detect via VPN, etc...

It’s an absurd situation currently in NPE but for reasons unknown the mods seem to be happy to tolerate it preferring instead to delete posts when the trolls report other posters for calling them out.

Yeah but if they ban them all then you'll miss out on that little frisson of superiority you get calling them gammon.

Strange then that the only perceived returnees you seem to target are Brexiteers, why is that?
