Getting Service history from Bentley

Will Bentley dealers release service history of a car?

The service book has zero details other than date and mileage.

If the owner has no bills, can any info be extracted from the dealership?

Hi am trying to find the Bentley service records for my car.. Where do I go to find these records? Do I need my V5 info ? Do they need to be paid for?
