Audi A4 2012 onwards

Hi, First Post here!

I'm looking to purchase an Audi A4 2.0 Tdi. Looking at ones from 2012 onwards. My question is, is there anything to look out for in particular when looking at these cars?
When do cambelts need changing etc?

I am interested in a couple, one is an ex company car 2015 2.0 Tdi ultra s line with 80000 miles on the clock and full audi service history. Is this too high?

FYI my budget is £10000
