Other differences that I'm aware of include better dampers, stiffer springs, an antiroll bar, steering with more turns lock-to-lock and better feel, bigger turbos and more boost, water cooling for the turbos, different ECU map with max power at somewhat higher revs, slightly narrower tunnel, more centered seats which are much more comfortable, an oil cooler, and a larger sump for track use. The gearbox also used to be better in the M400, but I think new 3Rs now have the same one.
