I can't rate articles

I hope I have posted this in the right place!

Anyway I have noticed that for the last week or so I haven't been able to rate articles - I can select a number, but when I hit return nothing happens.

Hopefully it's an easy fix.

What operating system and browser are you using? Do you have any ad blockers running too?

I'm running Windows 10 using Windows Edge with no ad-blockers, as far as I'm aware!

Hey Mr. Tidy, I've run it on IE11 and Edge on Windows 10 and I can rate articles just fine.

The next helpful thing would be to send us a photo of the browser console after you try to submit a rating. I would imagine there is some JavaScript error preventing you from rating articles and it should appear here. You can do this by right clicking on the page, clicking Inspect Element, then clicking the Console tab.

You should see something like this:

Thanks Matt, I know what I should see - it's what I used to see!

But I still don't get any response at all if I try to rate an article, so a photo wouldn't actually show you anything.

Still it looks like I have some time to experiment.

It's the bottom half of the screen I want to see. That'll show me what's going on (if anything!)
