Everite Automatic

Popped by my parents yesterday and got talking to my father about automatic watches.
Next thing I know he has produced an Everite 21 jewels stainless bracelet and stainless cased automatic watch which with a bit of handling came to life.
Not bad going since my mother bought him it before they married in 1972.
I'm curious to know a little more about it but all I can find on line is that the movements were swiss (as per text on the face) and the brand was H Samuels own range.
Has anyone experience of these?
