Absolutely. Lately I've been thinking about selling my Monaro, as I as now days I do most of my commuting using an e-bike or an old 1.2 litre Fiesta. Eventually I'll replace the Fiesta with an electric car. But thinking about it, I've decided I'm going to keep the Monaro. It represents how good things once were, l'll have all bases covered, and if I only use it once a year I'll be happy

Get something genuinely fun, Elise or caterham or something and enjoy.
My thinking is by the time 2035 comes along you'll be able to sling a 400bhp electric motor into it for not a lot of cost and the change in noise will be compensated by the ridiculous improvement in acceleration.
I like the k series in my Elise, but I can't say I'm going to miss it.
