Ideas for London star performer meal

I'm in the lovely position of needing to organise an evening out for one of our top performers at work. She'd like to go for a nice meal, must have cocktails and we'll probably go for a boogie afterwards. 3 of us going, £600ish budget, city or west end ideally. It'll be a mid-week evening.

Whilst I'm pretty confident I can find somewhere that will be great, I'd love to hear suggestions for fun / interesting / cool / new places I could consider...
