M62/A63 roadworks near Hull

Drive this route to work almost everyday. And as the days have rolled on............
First the 'roadworks begin here June 2005 for xx months' signs appeared.
Then CCTV cams on long poles about every half mile or so, mostly looking into fields!.
Then 4 bin-bagged gatso's (2 each way) appeared, some panic braking going on noweven though they are bagged and limit still (hopefully) 70MPH
Then overnight the white lines appeared on the road surface.
Anyway, driving home on Wednesday approx 19:30 I noticed that the 50MPH signs have appeared. So, we have 50MPH for a road on which their are no roadworks, and the only difference from the morning is the 50MPH signs. Drive gingerly along to find the Gatso's still bagged. Still keep to 50 though, creeping along on my own knowing that Blunderside police may have just left the back of the gatso bagged and not the front. Look in the rear view and find this isn't the case, so lift my speed to 60 just in case the second is live and I need to slow. THEN while looking for the next gatso I don't notice the scam van parked on the bridge!!!!!
Light traffic, 50MPH limit to protect the workers that haven't started yet, and there they are, COINING IT IN!
My indicated speed when I saw it was actually about 58MPH. Driven at 58MPH today with the sat nav on which gave a true reading of about 54MPH, which should be OK if Blunderside are adiding by 10%+2.
The Blunderside SCP logo is a gatso holding the hands of 2 small children by the way!!!!!
