I opened my car door today and rain water got on the plastic trim on my door cards and leather seats and left water marks. Should these be easy to remove or could the plastic and leather be permanently stained?

You will never get the stains out, think you have a good case there to return the car and demand a refund, and maybe a bit of compensation for the obvious stress this must be causing you with a new to you premium car.

Do you know fromkentgent, it could even be you, but he has a template for getting compensation from Mercedes on a 5 year old car, might be worth dropping yourself, sorry him, a PM.

Good luck George, keep us posted, I would hate that to happen to my Mokka when I get it.

Post pictures of the stains on the leather and plastic trim and we can take it from there.

George I hope the rainwater hasn’t caused permanent damage to the plastic trim. Maybe Mildred could give it a good buffing.......and the plastic.
