Morning/Evening new user posting restrictions

Often when I come to post in the morning or evening I get a message saying new users are prevented from posting during these hours.


What counts as a "new user"?

Might need moderator input to lift any restrictions if it hasn't lifted automatically after a month or so. I think normally the mods will see this thread and look into it in a couple of days, otherwise usually the alternative is to ping a message to Jack on here (see thread above).
