Did anyone else see the retarded blue van driver dangerously tail gating other drivers?! He seemed to have thought it was a funny game or something yet could have caused a massive pile up with stupid antics. It was some old blue thing, about transit size. Hopefully someone has caught it on dashcam as he needs reporting.
