Can anyone give me some advice not to sure if it's the chain Tensioner also the noise goes when I press the clutch pedal cheers

If the clutch operation is still okay, just put up with it.

And it wont be a cheap job to do. 3 piece LUK clutch kit is £60 and if you need it, a new LUK dual mass flywheel is about £220. But its a time consuming job getting the gearbox off and replacing the bits. Most garages quote about £300 labour for it. It is DIY able if you have some decent spanners - I did mine last year by myself, but you do have to remove a *lot* of stuff in order to get the gearbox off, and getting it back on single handedly is a pain.
