I've got a cheap wee yoghurt maker, Just a one litre insulated tub in side an electric warmer. Pretty simple, just bung in ingredients, switch on, then leave for 8 hours.
I'm pretty happy with my standard recipe,:- One desert spoon of natural yoghurt ( can be the scrapings of the last batch) , 1 small tin of evaporated milk, then top up to 1 litre with either full cream UHT milk or boiled fresh milk.
This makes a rich creamy yoghurt , slightly set , which can be used on it's own, flavoured, or as an ingredient in lots of other dishes.
Just looking to expand my repertoire a bit and wondering if anyone out there has any hints, tips, or recipes for anything different.
