E92 M3 Error Code P0020
Discussion
I recently changed my throttle actuators on my 2011 e92 m3 coupe. The trouble code it gave prior to the change was (P161F). After the change, the code (P161F) is gone but it now shows (P0020). I did a bit of research on the new code and it says:
1. Clearing the fault codes and testing the system to verify the code
2. Repairing or replacing the wiring to the intake camshaft oil control valve for bank 2
3. Replacing the camshaft oil control valve for bank 2 intake camshaft
4. Replacing the ECM if directed from pinpoint tests
I cleared the code but it comes right back after start up but the car runs fine. I didn't have any additional codes in the beginning and I don't recall damaging anything in the process of the repair. I also tried clearing the code a few times but no luck.
Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.
