vw T5 BNZ engine type.. non - start HELP

Hi All, Back on the drive after two months away ..so its engine has been rebuilt but now will not start, turns over fine by hand /and starter .... so where next to look , cam sensor has been changed. timing checked several times by three different people. HELP PLEASE at my witts end /

Had number four guy look at the wiring he has found I have 2.5 volts on two of the crank sensor wiring with the sensor disconnected .. Should there only be one 2.5 ??, one earth, one for the signal from the crank to the ecu.
