How to replace windscreen washer fluid level sensor

I think my windscreen washer fluid level sensor has failed...the computer is telling me to check the wiper fluid even though the reservoir is full. I’ve been monitoring it for a few weeks and the fault hasn’t cleared even when I use a lot of fluid then refill the reservoir.

Is the sensor replacement a DIY job? Has anyone done this by themselves before? I’ve got the Porsche parts diagram for the sensor and how it fits into the washer system but I wanted to know if there was easy access to it or if its a big job for a proper mechanic.
