Help - Longer Fingers needed!

Help,
I'm trying to connect up a Mod-Wise relay, to get around the Hot Starting problem I've got, (the Chim, not me!). I'm trying to connect up the positive wire and the instructions say to connect to this in-line fuse holder. My question is;
Can anyone tell me how to get into the fuse holder?
