Next time Steve, ring a friendly garage and book it in! Go for your blast and then just forgot the MOT appointment, job done and all within the law
Best of luck mate

Sounds like a good idea on a friday night, any consolation, mine has also got an expired MOT and also needs the engine taking out first

Just got back from a pleasant over the N. Yorks Moors with me Julie. Ended up at the Lion on Blakey Ridge for a swift one, bit nippy on the way back as the sun was hiding behind some cloud.
Tried to persuade Julie to take the TVR so I could take the Esprit; she says it's no fun in separate cars so now I'm wondering whether it really is worth keeping the E, especially as she doesn't like driving it and I've got my eyes on some more gear for the workshop...

Too many choices, too little time...

After giving myself a sound bollocking for being a tight-fisted boring old fart, instead of taking the diesel grandadrovermobile to York and back (120 miles), which I do every Friday and Sunday, I took the 390, and to hell with the fuel !

Oh what a way to unwind, but all those blasted bugs to clean off tomorrow.
