Buying my first Car - Which one should I bu

I would really appreciate some advice. I know nothing about cars and about to purchase my first car. I’m going to driving a decent amount for work sometimes on Motorways but not regularly.


My budget is £2000 for a second hand car. What do you guys suggest & also which are the cheapest insurers to use. As I'm 21 the prices i'm currently being quoted are 4-5k!

I’ve done some research and narrowed it down to these as these cars are apparent cheap on insurance, easy to run etc.

Any more suggestions ?

Citroen c1
Peugeot 107

Worth noting the Citroen , Peugeot and Toyota are all effectively the same car apart from appearance. Personally prefer the looks of the Aygo most and thought it was fun to drive when I tried one a few years back.
