HELP NEEDED (DIESEL) (PEUGEOT)
Discussion
Hey Folks,
So I have a 1992 205 1.8 Diesel which when cold the Glow plug coil light does not illuminate and randomly while driving it comes on for a period of time then goes out.
Car can be tough to start off first crank subsequent cranks starts immediately. All Glow plugs have been replaced.
Thanks
Derren

Remember it's all 18 years old.
I saw this thread the other day and had to stop and think about this... the car is 28!(and hoping Op has had some luck? Spring is coming though so may become a problem for next winter

a non turbo XUD engine will start in cold climate with no glow plug operation unlike the turbo versions
