Firstly apologies for the gratuitous photo. I've got a couple of white blebs on my tongue which I just noticed. - do these look sinister to any health professionals reading or something more innocent?

O/H is a dietitian in cancer care in ENT. Could be benign tongue biting. Could be something else. But get it checked at a GP.

Does not appear to be sinister. No obvious signs of anything nasty on the image around the white bits. Position and ridge along tongue would indicate low grade trauma to the tongue from the teeth. Could be a normal tissue response to said trauma.

Would highly recommend a trip to your dentist as impossible to diagnose from an image. Need much more information so that means you need to be seen.
