Heating system for guest house

Yes nest or hive or Honeywell, but not sure what will be best
They all do pretty much the same thing. I have the Nest. My brother has Honeywell. Both are fine for the main features.I believe the Honeywell can be linked to special thermostatic rad valves so potentially gives you more control, although my brother has found the batteries on the rad valves are not lasting anywhere near as long as promised, so that particular aspect doesn't seem optimised.
This might be better in Homes and DIY than business, however we have 3 holiday lets, all with Nest's so i can control and monitor remotely
Difference being, they are hiring the whole gaff,
in a guest house, one room or the whole place may be occupied, what are you trying to achieve with the wifi element?
Nest in each room could work, linked to a valve on the red, but would be expensive and annoying to monitor 10 nests
or just one nest for whole building in the hallway, but then you are allowing guests to control the whole house including other guests and as we know, women want it at 36 degrees and the men will be opening windows lol

I may be able to help you out here...
By guest house do you mean B&B or a holiday cottage?
I had a 5 bedroom B&B and used Drayton wiser for all the rooms. My advice would be to be a little wary of it, because despite it being seemingly idiot proof and straightforward people don’t seem to get it, and it can result in all sorts of bother!
I am happy to provide my experience of it all fee free to pm me or I can go into it on here!
