Omega Seamaster (2003) Quartz - Case Tube Thread

This morning I found the thread has gone on the case tube which the crown screws into. I have a spare crown (with a good tread) so just need a tube fitting. The thread went about 2 years ago and I had it repaired but it never felt right after the repair. The crown didn't seem to screw in so smoothly.

My question is, is any of the resident repairers on this forum able to get the parts to do the repair for me?

Mine has also gone - 1999 SMP. I think it's quite common.
