Probably a waste of a post but I figured I'd ask.

I was walking earlier and had a brief second or two at most, of suddenly feeling completely weightless. My body felt as though it weighed nothing. In that moment I genuinely thought I was about to float off.

I didn't feel dizzy, didn't feel off balance and my health is absolutely fine, i exercise 4 - 5 days a week and have a diet that lacks suger, junk and eat well in small meals.

Quick google search produced too many different possibilities. No ear issues, no illness, no real stress and my BP yesterday was 118/70.

Not looking for a diagnosis, I'd obviously go to a doctor if I was concerned. I just wondered if anyone else had ever experienced something similar. It's the first time in my 33 years I have ever felt that.

Thank you.
