Just read about this on the BBC, Horrific for her. Seems she’s OK after shutting herself away for s while. No details of any arrests or other a Police action. Hope they get the bd.

edit reading her story it happened at least a decade ago..

According to wiki cancelled some gigs in 2011, so around that time I guess.

countless survey have shown that most women who are sexually assaulted or raped do not report anything. In addition, there is stack loads of evidence that the chance of someone going to court is miniscule and if that happens the chance of a guilty verdict is slim.

And that's not even to begin consider the trauma that women face during the reporting, investigation and court processes. It is no wonder that so many choose to try and block it out rather than re-live it.

She is far more likely to be telling the truth than making it up.

It must have been terrible for her.

The mind is a terrible place after such an event. You replay the event endlessly on how you would avoid. Most people will have trust issues after for a long time.

Sounds like time has helped heal the trauma and she is ready to face the world and restart living her life.

sad to hear, she's great in casualty, maybe it led to her mental health issues.

I'm sure lots of rapes do go unreported. However, drugged, kidnapped, raped and kept hostage for days is on another level to a debatable drunken encounter.

Depends what she means by that though, stars like this get invited to private islands owned by billionaires/arab sheikhs "to hang out for a while" all the time while they basically all get coked off their faces and party their asses off...

"being held against her will" could be anything from being told to bugger off and enjoy the sunshine until the helicopter comes back in 2 days to being chained to a radiator in a horrible bedsit in a ghetto.

My point being its hard to lend validity to what she's saying without more info either way.
