Hi all, I need to know ballpark figures to draw up a Commercial Lease for an Office Suite (sub lease). I am awaiting a call back from a local firm familiar with the situ' - but wanted to have an idea on what is considered a fair cost.
If it is a simple format lease and you use a small or mid-range practice you should be in the range of £800-£1,200. If the suite is in a multi-tenant building it will help as the landlord should have things pretty well buttoned down for speed of transaction.
