An abundance of C17

I notice that there are a number of C17 making the trip from Germany via the UK back to America.
What are they up to ?

I know that there was a lot of support for the Trump "Armada" to India, including 5 x KC135's so possibly connected to this.

I see the KC-135's as well but this seems to be quite a lot of C-17's travelling backwards and forwards between the US and here.
