Mac help /advice please !

Hi all,

I have jobs sent to me by email which have a link in them which needs clicking on
to accept the job. Since I am on the road or working on the tools I do not
have time to open these emails manually , so is there a way to programme or write a code
on my iMac to automatically open these particular emails and then click on the link in them
to accept the job ?

Thanks ! I have had a quick look , most of it is Japanese to
me I have no idea about coding I would not even though where to start. Ideally I need someone to write the code for me .

I am willing to pay for someone to do it .
