Given the recent changes in BiK tax, I might jump on the company car train again!

Its not a massive allowance, £700 including vat+maint. 15k per year

Looking around, the polestar 2 appeals most, has anyone seen any actual lease deals on these? Or what else should I look at?

Too add, it'll need to do 170miles on a motorway run.

iPace is an option too. There is the Model 3 but check it's not too small for you first. It's very low and a bit cramped.

I'd avoid the Audi Turd, it's extremely inefficient and generally not very well designed IMHO.

In the less luxury bracket there is the Leaf 62, Kona and e-Niro. The Niro is actually quite nice in the top spec but the badge does still say "Kia" if that bothers you.

Its just a car for me really(work) so not too bothered about size. I'd like to avoid tesla, although the model 3 long range would make sense.

Go on then, what's your reason for wanting to avoid Tesla as the Model 3 would seem the obvious alternative if you're considering the Polestar 2?

Very unlikely you're going to get a Polestar 2 for £700 on a 15k deal if that needs to factor in the deposit spread over the term. VW ID3?

Just something from the 'norm', I prefer the looks and design, it should feel like a 'nicer' package also. I'd prefer to put the money towards polestar than tesla if possible just as i'm not a musk fan smile although I wouldn't rule it out.

I've had a look around and it looks to be £588 excluding vat so bang on budget.

For 15k miles and including the upfront payment? Where are you seeing that out of interest?

I cant remember if it was 3 or 6. I'll find the website, it was on a couple.

I'm hopeful it'll come down in cost as i think residuals will be better.

I've a deposit in on a Polestar to replace my IPace.

I'm still waiting for confirmation of lease pricing etc and more importantly when test drives will be available and orders confirmed.

Looking forward to the real reviews. I'm just not keen on paying 50k to E Musk.
