Most of my tools are of an age that if they were human, would be gathering their pensions, but they work, and still perform as they should so why change?
However my Autocad 2007 has developed a bit of 'forgetfulness'

Along the top 'toolbars; there was a facility i used a lot......... the 'Reverse action' arrow

This is what the screen looked like

and this is it now

How do i get those two missing toolbars back?

Cannot see anything in the Dummies book

It will probably be under the view menu. Something like view - toolbar - something...

Alternatively CTRL-Z will do the same thing.

Right click on a blank area (underneath the toolbar on the left hand side in this instance) where the toolbars go and you can turn the specific toolbars on and off

You're looking for a tick next to the 'Standard' toolbar which is what the undo command usually lives on.

You can then drap and drop the toolbars to the places you want them.

Gary

Internet bottle of red for you. Thanks
This will save me hours as i have to do polyines for laser cutting and there are some lines 'duplicated'

So far have done about 75% of the drawing and there must be at least 200 lines to join!!

Thanks again

I think you can convert individual lines to polylines using the 'PEDIT' command?

You can join them using PEDIT

All the lines will need to be trimmed or extended to one another though.

PEDIT
Select any 1 of the lines.
Accept turning the line in to a polyline.
Select all the remaining lines you want to join together.

You can either do a window or crossing box to select all of your lines in 1 go.

As PEDIT will only join lines which have their endpoints (nodes) touching, you should be able to turn your newly created polyline to another layer, turn that layer off and then delete all your unwanted spare lines.

Yeah PEDIT is a good one, I also use FILLET a fair bit, with a radius set to zero to join lines.

Depends on what exactly the OP is trying to do?
