SCOM ceasing trading

Can somebody explain the ban on any discussions about SCOM ceasing trading.
I know they looked to carry some trading history baggage but they were also an important part of the Northern car scene with their regular Breakfast meetings.
Banning any discussion about them, especially now they are no-more seams very heavy-handed unless there are specific legal reasons.

It's the no naming & shaming policy of the forums that has always been in place.
